Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up, but as a small business owner it affects my time and business. You can change any appointment up to 24 hrs prior to your scheduled time. If you cancel within the 24 hour time there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If you are 15 mins late or more for your appointment you will be rescheduled and charged a 50% cancellation fee. I charge a 100% fee for no-shows. This ensures my ability to fill the spot for someone else. Thank you for respecting my time and understanding.
